Dever Architects provided the design-phase services for this new continuing-care retirement community (CCRC), set on a 100-acre campus in southeastern Pennsylvania.

Design features include an 80,000 square-foot Commons building and three five-story residence buildings. The Commons will have three dining rooms, a performing arts theatre, a library, a bank, game and club rooms, a fitness center with swimming pools and a running track, and numerous other town-like amenities. The residence buildings combined will have 370 condominium units with heated underground parking and storage facilities, for a total of more than 982,000 square feet of residential area.
