In 1985 Mr. Dever established the sole proprietorship that has since grown into Dever Architects. Prior to the founding of this firm, he gained valuable experience working as a carpenter and as an architect in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Wilmington, Delaware. Today he serves as the firm's president.
Mr. Dever graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1979. His education included one year in Notre Dame’s Rome Studies Program with architectural studies and travel throughout Europe.
Mr. Dever's extensive experience has resulted in repeated invitations to speak at industry conferences including The Lodging Conference in Phoenix, AZ, the Food Marketing Institute’s Energy and Technical Services Conference in Bal Harbour, Florida and the SPECS Conference in Dallas, Texas.
